Solpower Company Limited successfully executed the design and installation of a 10kWp grid-tied solar power system for ICM Construction Mall in Accra. This project marks an important step in ICM’s commitment to reducing energy costs and promoting sustainability in its operations.
We executed a tailored and efficient process to deliver this project successfully.
- Site inspection and energy assessment.
- Supply and installation of high-performance solar panels and inverters
- Mounting structure setup on the facility’s rooftop
- Electrical works and integration with the national grid
- System testing, commissioning, and performance verification
- Installation of a remote monitoring system for real-time tracking

System Specifications
The 10kWp system utilizes Tier-1 monocrystalline panels and high-efficiency string inverters with remote monitoring, optimized to meet the mall’s daytime energy demands. It is expected to produce approximately 15,000 kWh annually, reducing the mall’s carbon footprint by about 7.5 metric tons of CO₂ emissions per year.
