Solpower Company Limited successfully executed the design, supply, and installation of five grid-tied solar PV systems with a combined capacity of 466.6kWp for Electroland Ghana Ltd., a leading distributor of global electronics and appliances. The multi-site project supports Electroland’s commitment to reducing energy costs and embracing sustainable power solutions across its operations in Ghana.
Solpower managed the full turnkey delivery of each site, which included:
- Site evaluation and energy needs assessment.
- Customized solar system design for each location.
- Procurement and installation of high-efficiency solar panels and inverters.
- Structural mounting solutions tailored to each facility.
- Electrical integration, grid connection, and safety compliance.
- Installation of real-time monitoring systems
- Final testing, commissioning, and user training

System Overview
The installations comprised:
Flower pot(Accra): 86kWp
Tamale: 40kWp
Coca-Cola Warehouse (Accra): 160kWp
Kpone: 140kWp
Kumasi: 40.6kWp
Each system features Tier-1 monocrystalline solar panels, high-efficiency string inverters, and remote monitoring capabilities, ensuring consistent performance and centralized oversight across all sites.
Together, these systems are projected to generate over 699,900 kWh of clean energy annually, reducing dependence on grid electricity and offsetting an estimated 350 metric tons of CO₂ emissions per year.
